I am Hayley and I love to cook.
I am a self-taught passionate home cook. I have learnt by watching various food programmes and reading my ever expanding collection of cookery books. Both of which are a great source of information and inspiration to help me create my own recipes.
Even from a young age I never was a fussy eater, I am always searching for new tastes and ingredients. Having said that, last year I decided to change my diet. I was starting to notice that after eating certain foods I felt quite tired and I had no energy. I also noticed that my digestive system was not working as it should, I was living with daily discomfort. This soon improved when I began discovering and experimenting new exciting alternatives. I now enjoy a varied balanced diet which excludes dairy, meat, gluten and refined sugars.
I believe that cooking should be fun, simple and healthy.
